Quality Assurance Tester (Cataluña)

Responsibilities

• Define, create, and execute end-to-end test scripts (SIT, UAT, and PPD).
• Ensure functional validation and business acceptance of developments.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and change requests.
• Produce technical and functional process maps.
• Conduct gap analysis and data analysis for new markets.
• Manage risks and issues associated with the testing component.
• Ensure continuous updating of project/task management tools.
• Work with general stakeholders to align priorities and backlogs.
• Support initiatives for modernization and automation of claims.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional testing in Guidewire environments.
• Background in digital transformation or insurance/travel claims.
• Strong communication skills across Business and IT teams.
