Quality Assurance & System Funtional Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand functional requirements and business processes to ensure all use cases are covered.
• Plan, develop, and execute test cases scenarios, including edge cases, to validate system behavior and identify issues
• Document, report bugs clearly, and verify fixes through retesting
• Perform functional and regression testing on new and existing features
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements and create UAT reports.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system documentation, feature explanations, and user guidelines/manuals
• Develop clear and easy-to-understand user guides to help end users operate the system effectively
• Update documentation based on system changes, feedback, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA team to ensure product quality
