Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of Scotia Dealer Advantage Collections Quality Assurance. Ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
