Your task and Responsibilities
To transfer and assure the correct interpretation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) of Bayer HealthCare, previously implemented, and evaluate its impact on the site.
To perform the Quality Management Review, including Corrective and Preventive Actions for deviations, trending of product‐related complaints, counterfeiting, recalls, rejected batches, and the status of validation master plans.
To review changes in the Mexican Ministry of Health law and worldwide regulations (ICH, FDA, INVIMA, ANVISA, TGA, etc.) to identify their impact on the QMS and determine the necessary actions for regulatory compliance.
To implement all training programs for QA & QC personnel and Distribution Center Warehouse staff according to individual needs.
To supervise and coordinate the technical documentation required in national and international dossiers.
