Quality Assurance Manager

Mustang Helicopters is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee, maintain, and continuously improve its Quality Assurance Program. In this key role, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational safety, and adherence to Transport Canada requirements. The successful candidate will act as the internal reference for quality assurance, audits, non‑conformance management, vendor oversight, personnel qualification records, and regulatory training.

Quality Assurance Program Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance Program in accordance with applicable Transport Canada regulations and company manuals.
• Plan and execute the annual internal audit schedule covering all operational areas of the AMO and maintenance activities.
• Conduct internal audits to confirm compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations, company manuals, and applicable regulatory requirements.
