With Modern Niagara’s continued growth in Atlantic Canada and the award of several major projects in the Halifax region, we are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive QA/QC Foreperson to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance on a significant new project in downtown Halifax.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and Modern Niagara standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout all phases of construction
• Identify deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and verify completion
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and quality records
• Collaborate closely with project managers, forepersons, trades, and commissioning teams
• Support continuous improvement by promoting best practices and coaching field staff
