This critical role ensures the highest standards of quality control and problem resolution across all operational processes.
In this role, you will lead a specialized team of Quality Assurance (QA) associates and Problem Solvers, being responsible for maintaining excellence in quality metrics, reducing defects, and implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
