**QA Engineering Mgmt 2****Education**: Bachelor degree on Electronic Engineer, Industrial or any bachelor degree related to electronics.More than 2 years in same position or in electronic field.
- Knowdledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Proactive team work and team leader.
- Capable to work under pressure environment.
- English 80%- Knowledge on continuous improvement techniques: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
- Experience on Cost Reduction programs.
- Related experience and knowledge on ISO****.
- Flexibility to work on different shifts.
- Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions- Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality StandardsSkills: Leadership, Personnel Management, Negotiation skills and deal directly with the customer, telephone conversations in English, service attitude, Availability, proactivity, management of suppliers.
