QA Engineer

Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The QA Engineer plans work for functional and automation testing, reviews team’s work output, performs training, and contributes hands‑on automation. They provide testing results, create test automation scripts, and continuously improve the software testing discipline. They demonstrate a highly collaborative approach, with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Design, develop, and implement software testing solutions.
• Analyze and recommend test strategies, process improvements and standards.
• Assist in demonstrating developed solutions to business partners and stakeholders.
• Participate in user story refinement with developers and other team members.
