Job Description
Position Purpose
To execute purchasing decisions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are placed correctly, delivered on time, and aligned with negotiated terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit purchase orders.
- Follow up with national and international suppliers.
- Confirm pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate system registration of all orders.
- Coordinate product reception with the Inventory team.
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers (in Spanish and English).
Requirements
- Technical, technological, or professional degree in Business, Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or order management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
