PURCHASING OFFICER
Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Take charge of all Purchasing Administrative activities
Maintain new parts & price in the system
Send lead time survey & maintain lead time requirement in system
Maintain Approved Vendor List
Prepare Semi-Annual cost down request to vendor & compute cost down result
Maintain allocation percentage for parts with multiple vendors
Send New Tooling Agreement to vendors
Update vendors Management profile twice annually
Send Parts Supply Agreement to vendor
Prepare monthly costing
Attend all purchasing dept meetings
Prepare monthly report to submit to CT
Prepare monthly report for Management & Service Group Meeting
Maintain CM weekly forecast in purchasing share folder
REQUIREMENTS :
Education
a) Bachelor Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Supply Chain Management/any equivalent
SKILLS:
Good negotiation skill
Good sourcing skill
Interpersonal skill
Well verse in Microsoft office (...
