Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager leads the coordination and delivery of ETRO’s proposals and pursuit submissions. This role is responsible for keeping pursuits organized, on schedule, and aligned with ETRO’s standards throughout the full proposal lifecycle. Reporting to the Brand + Culture Director, the Proposal Manager provides leadership and support to the Brand + Proposal Coordinators while working closely with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Operations, and Leadership teams to transform technical information into clear, polished, and client‑focused submissions. This position also ensures proposal workflows run smoothly across multiple concurrent pursuits and focuses on execution, team coordination, and proposal quality while supporting broader business development and brand initiatives.

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
