Our Community and Human Services Department has an opening for a
permanent Full
-time Property Supervisor . This is a non-unionized position reporting to the Housing Services Manager. This position is responsible to ensure the effective supervision and lease administration of senior and family rent-geared-to-income housing units.
DUTIES:
Program Delivery & Reporting:
Manage all aspects of property leasing including tenant complaints and concerns.
Conduct move-in inspection with each new tenant.
Conduct unit inspections at least once each year to ensure compliance with the lease and the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
Verify unit condition and account summary upon move-out.
Prepare for and attend the Landlord and Tenant board to present the case to the Adjudicator to expedite enforceable conditions or termination of the tenancy.
