The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately properties end-to-end, supported by a tight-knit team of 3 Property Managers. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a residential portfolio across Sydney Conducting open homes & processing leasing applications Handling ingoings, routine inspections & outgoings Managing maintenance requests & coordinating repairs Monitoring arrears & issuing notices when required Negotiating lease ...
