Property Management Specialist
Job Description
This position is not eligible for sponsorship and Paycom is unable to support an optional or curricular practical training (OPT/CPT) program. Paycom is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
**As Paycom continues to grow our offices nationwide, we will be adding a Property Management professional to our corporate office. The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of office operations, along with site selection and lease coordination for existing and new locations.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develops and maintains positive relationships with all vendors
+ Coordinates, oversees and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance and janitorial work
