This role is crucial for coordinating the permitting process and resolving issues that may delay project timelines. Candidates should possess strong organization skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of transit infrastructure projects and experience with property agreements will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate land access requirements with project teams

• Prepare correspondence and necessary agreements

• Track risks related to land access and report regularly
