Position Overview

Under the general direction of the CEO, the Project Manager will apply the key functions of effective project management to provide leadership to support patient flow at St. Boniface Hospital. From process improvement to developing procedures and metrics all with the aim of improving patient flow, the Project Manager will demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the SBH. The Project Manager explores technologies to facilitate the work in a transparent manner.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project workplan and proactively manages issues, changes to scope, etc. to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Provides essential support during the implementation of the project.
• Prepares and distributes monthly project status reports.
