Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term
• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in‑person or virtual Instructor‑led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self‑directed learner pathways, and workshops
• Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of medium‑to‑high complexity L&D projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Support the vendor selection, engagement and onboarding process when third‑party learning solutions are within scope
