This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive execution, ensure alignment, and deliver outcomes across a mix of customer experience, AI, and operational enhancement projects.
Engagement Overview
Allocation: ~60%–100% (flexible based on project demands)

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives with varying levels of complexity
+ Facilitate project planning, scheduling, and execution across cross-functional teams
