Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Health Location:  Onsite (Manitoba) 
Duration:  July 2, 2026 - March 31, 2027 (with possible extension to June 30, 2027) 
Engagement Type:  Full-Time Contract 
Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager  to support large-scale digital health transformation initiatives. This role will focus on delivering complex healthcare projects that integrate technology, business processes, and organizational change to enhance healthcare service delivery across the provincial sector. 
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure 
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation 
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams 
Develop and implement project governance frameworks and reporting structures
