Project Manager - Organisational Change for Observatory Ops

The European Southern Observatory is looking for a Project Manager to lead the IOP organizational change initiatives in Santiago, Chile. You will ensure projects align with strategic goals, managing the entire lifecycle to deliver value within defined constraints.

We seek a candidate with robust project management experience and strong organizational skills who can thrive in a multicultural environment while collaborating closely with engineers and scientists. A Master's degree in engineering or applied physics is preferred, alongside proficiency in English.
