Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (VanPile) is a family‑owned construction company that has delivered complex marine and heavy civil projects since 1913. We are looking for a Project Manager who excels in estimating and leadership.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Preconstruction & Estimating Leadership: lead core estimates with the Estimating Division; develop pricing strategies, risk assessments, construction methodologies, and submission narratives; review drawings, specifications, quantities, and schedules to create accurate estimates; provide executive‑level insight on constructability, risk mitigation, and cost certainty.
