The Project Manager reports directly to the Director, Project Management Office. As a member of the IT team, the Project Manager must be enthusiastic about taking on stimulating challenges, open-minded and constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
• Monitor processes for project definition, control, execution and closure following standards set by the PMO (based on Waterfall methodologies).
• Develop and implement project plans and statements of work. Establish schedules and follow up on all execution activities.
• Document project reviews, meetings, work sessions and action logs.
• Manage risks and establish appropriate mitigation measures.
• Build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure harmonization and adoption of solutions.
