to lead a large-scale
data centre application migration and disposition program . This role involves collaborating with a third‑party consulting partner and internal architecture/infrastructure teams to execute a multi‑year data centre exit and cloud migration initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full Migration Program within the organization’s PMO framework.
Coordinate internal teams with the third‑party migration partner.
Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, budgets, invoices, SoWs, and POs.
Provide regular reporting, communication updates, benefit realization, and change management support.
Support financial analysis related to capital‑to‑operating cost transitions.
