This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with project teams to define tasks and milestones
• Liaise with the real estate team on project schedules
• Evaluate project budgets and estimates
• Manage project close-out and documentation processes
Requirements:
• 4+ years in project management within construction
• Experience in commercial hospitality a plus
• Proficiency in MS365 and MS Project
