Overview

Lead and manage a core construction project with a focus on budget and quality specifications from our Edmonton office to near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Drive project success and uphold quality standards as a Project Manager in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction activities and project launch
• Manage project budget and invoice reviews
• Chair Owner Architect and Consultant meetings
• Conduct Quality Control inspections and assessments
• Supervise project reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant construction certification
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience
• Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Lean processes and continuous improvement
