This role is designed for an experienced manager to guide building envelope projects from start to finish. You will conduct comprehensive condition surveys and manage project associates to deliver high-quality results. Your contributions will directly influence business development activities across Eastern Ontario and the Gatineau area, ensuring sustainable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design specifications for building envelope repairs
• Evaluate concrete and envelope systems
• Supervise junior staff during assessments
• Deliver multiple projects independently
• Drive business development through proposals
Requirements:
• Engineering degree from an accredited university
• At least 3 years in building science
• Valid P.Eng. and driving licenses
