Job Description

Project Manager (PM)

Responsible for planning, delivery and execution of projects for the entire delivery life cycle, applying established TMX standards and best practices.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and identify key drivers and measurements for project evaluation.
  • Determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) needed for project completion.
  • Create an integrated plan detailing scope, schedule, costs, communications, resources, dependencies, risks/issues, quality, and change management.
  • Develop a detailed schedule with activity sequencing and resource allocation.
  • Review and revise the schedule with senior management and all affected staff.
  • Execute the project according to the integrated plan.
