You hold a college diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, building engineering, civil engineering, or another relevant field. You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. You are proficient in project management principles (planning, coordination, schedule and budget tracking). You have a solid understanding of construction standards, building codes, and manufacturing processes. You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management and technical design software (MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). You are recognized for your organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership. Experience in modular construction (an asset). Roles and responsabilities
