Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives; collaborate with various departments to streamline processes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
