Responsibilities
- create and manage (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) project plans using project management tools aligned with client- agreed goals;
- define resource requirements, assemble cross‑functional project teams, and monitor financials and timelines to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery;
- lead and manage project teams, delegating roles, motivating members, and facilitating conflict resolution, decision‑making, and risk mitigation;
- lead meetings between internal and client project teams and communicate project status, risks, financials, and changes to all stakeholders;
- develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth;
- advocate for project needs internally to Evonik management and functional groups;
