The Work

• Support project management activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, including producing and tracking schedule, budget follow‑up, documentation, and quality monitoring.
• Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with established project goals.
• Participate in planning sessions for multi‑functional teams and help gather inputs for roadmap development, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to project governance by supporting the preparation of status reports, dashboards, risks and opportunities management, KPIs, and meeting materials.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and project documentation.
