Project Finance Manager

The Green Recruitment Company is hiring a Project Finance Manager to join a leading IPP. You will manage the structuring and implementation of the financing for each project, including senior debt, guarantee programs, and credit‑enhancement solutions supported by insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update a comprehensive landscape of lenders and guarantors across Latin America, including commercial banks and policy banks focused on renewable energy and infrastructure financing.

• Craft bankability approaches tailored to each project’s technical profile, country‑specific risks, and sponsor characteristics.

• Oversee the entire financing process—from initial lender outreach and term‑sheet discussions to credit approvals, documentation, and financial close.
