Leading cross‑functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion. Representing the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers. Reporting on project status to key customers and collaborating with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements. Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives. Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry‑standard tools.
