Join Aecon’s Nuclear team as a Project Coordinator, collaborating on the Pickering RFBR project. Lead engineering and construction efforts while maintaining a strong nuclear safety culture. In this role, you will oversee project planning and coordinate various engineering and construction activities.Your leadership will be pivotal in managing schedules, budgets, and manpower coordination to ensure project success. You will work closely with the Project Manager to share the project vision and engage with all stakeholders to maintain effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team-oriented Project-First approach among teams
• Maintain a robust nuclear safety culture and monitor safety programs
• Develop project schedules and budgets for engineering segments
• Coordinate project manpower with trades and subcontractors
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders
