Project Coordinator

Role Summary
$30 to $38 based on experience.
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with schedules and budgets. This role works closely with Project Managers, Project Supervisors, and stakeholders to support planning, documentation, logistics, and reporting functions across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers, Supervisors, and leadership with planning, scheduling, and execution of project work.
- Support short- and mid-term planning (e.g., 7-day plans, look-ahead schedules).
- Coordinate communication between field crews, management, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Assist with tracking project progress, productivity, and schedule updates.
- Participate in project meetings and provide administrative follow-up.
