What Is The Opportunity?
Reporting to the Project Finance Manager, the Project Administrator plays an essential role in supporting project execution. This is a Monday to Friday office-based position located in Calgary, AB.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Processing of AP invoices including obtaining correct approvals and uploading to the system.
- Ensure receiving is processed in a timely manner, confirming three-way match.
- Deal with supplier demands via email or telephone.
- Perform and maintain organized documentation and filing electronically.
- Match packing slips received from the field with purchase orders issued and invoices received.
- Responding to Project Staff regarding inquiries such as payment status, etc.
- Assist with month-end journal entries, cost review, and reallocations.
- Cross-training with other project accounting functions.
