Job Description
About the Opportunity
- Partner with project teams to create accurate and updated project information in ERP financial system (NetSuite). Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial processes (Project Setup, PCA/PCN, Closing of Projects, Invoicing, Credit Memo’s).
- Provide support to Financial Business Analysts.
- Support teams and projects in reaching financial goals with decision making by identifying, quantifying, and communicating financial risks and opportunities (NSPS Meetings).
- Follow and implement proper controls and act as a point of contact for any internal or external financial audits.
- Drive continuous improvement across the organization by remaining a proponent for change.
- Chargebacks.
- NL JE and Reconciliation.
- Labour WIP JE (Quarterly/YE for FX) and Reconciliation.
