Program Specialist (Scheduling Auditor)

Summary This position is located within the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System Business Office, and will report to the Eleventh Street VA Clinic, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incumbent will perform functions associated with monitoring and auditing, which is an integral part of an effective compliance program for the Business Office. Responsibilities Initiate, populate, and review reports for the Business Office. Implement a variety of monitoring/reporting tools for each unit within the service such as enrollment and eligibility, encounter management, action required, and train employees how to utilize them. Research trends and patterns to develop new methods and techniques for acquiring information, for analyzing data, developing solutions or criteria, and presenting findings. Develop methods to isolate and identify conditions affecting inefficiency.
