This role is designed for a seasoned professional to lead an IT obsolescence program focused on phasing out outdated systems efficiently. You will coordinate various project managers and streamline deliverables while ensuring budgetary and scheduling oversight. Your ability to negotiate with upper management will influence the roadmap and ensure program governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the overarching IT obsolescence program
• Synchronize efforts of multiple project managers
• Assess inter-system dependencies and risks
• Shape the IT roadmap through negotiation with VP IT
• Report progress to the steering committee regularly
Requirements:
• 15+ years of IT project/program management experience
• Background in Quebec insurance is essential
