Program Officer - Brain Health and Imaging Centre

The BHIC is seeking a full-time permanent Program Officer reporting to the Research Operations Manager. This role will work closely with the BHIC Director, Managers, Scientists, Staff, and Trainees. The role will manage and coordinate key initiatives related to the operations of the BHIC and support Managers on day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will support a workplace which embraces diversity, encourages teamwork, and complies with all applicable and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will:

Provide operational and administrative support to the BHIC Director and Managers.

Independently plan and manage small projects.

Manage BHIC research infrastructure and equipment, including service contracts.

Liaise with departments such as Finance, IMG, Procurement, People & Experience, and Research Operations, Services and Support (ROSS).

Develop and implement new BHIC processes as needed.
