The Program Manager, Business Operations will own the business lifecycle for key Product Development & Operations (PDO) tools and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate licensing, procurement, and financial tracking, as well as providing primary business partnership for SR&ED and R&D tax credit processes across multiple geographies.

The Product Development & Operations (PDO) team focuses on operational excellence, transformative innovation, and customer‑centricity, with a strong emphasis on AI, cloud, and data platforms.
