Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall PMO engagement and act as primary point of contact

• Establish and drive project governance and PMO frameworks

• Oversee project controls, reporting, and performance tracking

• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and escalations

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with PMO standards

• Define and implement project methodologies, templates, and best practices

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to client teams

• Support delivery of key outputs such as:

o PMO Mobilization Plan

o Project Controls Framework

o Reporting dashboards and executive summaries
