Position Overview
Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Program Leader, Safety and Prevention to join the Safety and Prevention team in Vancouver, BC. The role involves leading, developing, administering and evaluating safety programs and projects across the organization to support a safe and healthy workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, development, administration and evaluation of designated safety programs/projects throughout VCH.
- Be accountable for defining emerging safety concerns, challenges and risks, prepare mitigation strategies and solutions, and work with organizational leadership to manage proactive and necessary changes.
