PROGRAM LEADER (BIRTHDAY PARTY HOST)   Position Type: Temporary Part Time Number of Positions: One (1) Department: Community Services Department - Recreation Division File Number: SV26-67 Location: Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (265 Cannifton Road, Belleville, ON) Hours: 1-10 hours per week – daytime, evening and weekend shifts Employee Group : Non-Union Salary: $18.75 - $20.54 per hour Closing Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM PURPOSE AND SCOPE: As a member of the Community Services Department, this staff person will provide customer service, supervision, and administration for the City of Belleville’s Birthday Party Recreation Programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent the City with professionalism by following all of the Staff Policies and procedures as set out by the Department.
