Pay Grid: Salary Range 4 ($54,720.00 to $71,820.00 per year)
Reporting to: Health Director/ Assistant Director, Health & Wellness
Summary of Duties
Reporting to the Health Director/ Assistant Director, the Program Coordinator provides support in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Lil'wat Ways of Healing from Trauma program. This program focuses on trauma healing through traditional wellness methods and clinical services, to meet people where are at, and promote a strengths-based approach. The Program Coordinator assists in ensuring continuity of care, including trauma-informed practices, outreach, and crisis response services. This role prioritizes supporting the healing of First Nations and Aboriginal individuals and families, contributing to the overall mental health and wellness services for the community.
