Job Description
Join Pacific Coast Community Resources as a Program Coordinator II in Port Alberni. This role involves supporting individuals directly while managing program execution and staff oversight.
You will collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure that program goals align with the personal needs of those you support. A blend of direct care and administrative duties ensures a well-rounded contribution to the community. Participation in an on-call rotation may also be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor program policies and budgets
• Create and evaluate individualized support plans
• Assist in the training and supervision of program staff
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance
• Foster relationships with families and community professionals
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including supervision
