This position at the Schulich School of Music involves working closely with the Program Director on various administrative tasks. You will manage logistics for rehearsals, performances, and seminars. Strong organizational and bilingual communication skills will ensure a successful Academy experience for all participants involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning educational activities and events
• Oversee logistics for rehearsals and guest artist communication
• Create and update social media content and promotional materials
