WeirFoulds is seeking a full-time Professional Development Manager to enhance their vibrant legal community. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process for articling and summer students, managing onboarding, and fostering relationships with law schools. You will also be instrumental in the professional development of Level 1 Associates and play a critical role in lateral associate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for student programs
• Oversee student experience and career development initiatives
• Build relationships with law schools as a firm ambassador
• Develop associate and student programs with the Director of Legal Talent
• Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for retention
