Our Ideal Candidate

• Completion of Grade 12.
• Completion of post-secondary education and/or a supervisory or leadership certificate is an asset.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience within a manufacturing setting, with wood products manufacturing preferred.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience leading a team.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
